Lawrence Humphrey is founder and CEO of PEARL, a platform which helps professionals in the area of resource sharing. A computer science graduate from the University of Illinois, Lawrence started his career at IBM where he served various roles including co-creating the practice of designing for AI. While there he also launched his first non-profit DEI tech consultancy.
